Delivery and payment
Unless agreed in advance to the contrary delivery will be to the address you have provided on the order form within fourteen calendar days after you have placed your order or clearance of your cheque if applicable and in any event within 30 days of the day after the order was placed, or after the clearance of a cheque, unless a later date is agreed by you.
If for any reason I cannot deliver within 30 days or the agreed period I will contact you to discuss your options which will include your entitlement to a full refund of any payment you have made.
A charge, to be agreed in advance of your order, may be made for delivery to any address outside mainland UK or to some areas of the Scottish Highlands.
You may have to pay carriage charges for repairs or replacements under warranty.
